Ingredients
  • 2 medium size Red Potato cubed into bit sized pieces
  • ½ lb of Asparagus cut into bite sized pieces
  • 1 red pepper cubed into bite sized pieces
  • ¼ red onion diced small
  • 2 cloves of garlic minced
  • 2 tsp of Thyme
  • 1 tsp of Sea Salt
  • 2 tsp of Italian Seasoning (optional)
  • 1 tsp of cayenne Pepper (optional
Instructions
  1. Clean and chop ingredients and place to the side. In a large pan, heat a small amount of oil. Place in potatoes in hot skillet. About 7 minutes later place in Asparagus. When you can easily put a fork into the edges of the potatoes then add in onions, peppers and garlic & seasonings. Cook for an additional 5 minutes or until all ingredients are done
