Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. It will take a bit of muscle to mix thoroughly. I prefer to use a cookie scoop rather than my hands, as stated in the video link, to portion out my bite sized pieces. You can also use a spoon or press the mixture into a foil lined baking dish then use a butter knife to cut out bars.
