Arrrgh! Can they make it any more confusing to understand what you are eating? Sadly the short answer is, yes. While trying to eating less processed crap and more whole foods, reading labels and white papers have become second nature. It’s a shame the length the industrial food industry will go to confuse the populace. I honestly believe it is their goal to keep us hooked on processed food in order to have repeat customers. Simple terms are no longer so simple. What the heck is a flexitarian anyway? I’ll talk about this term and many others over the next few weeks.
