Total time:
Serves: 36

Ingredients
  • 1 cup Old fashion oatmeal
  • 1 cup vanilla or chocolate protein powder
  • 1 cup natural peanut or almond butter
  • ½ cup honey
  • ¼ cup walnut pieces (optional)
Instructions

I prefer to use a cookie scoop rather than my hands, as stated in the video link, to portion out my bite sized pieces. You can also use a spoon or press the mixture into a foil lined baking dish then use a butter knife to cut out bars.
