Ingredients
  • 1⅕ lbs of Tomatoes
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 1 Rib of Celery
  • ¼ Cup of Red Wine Vinegar
  • ½ of a Lemon
  • ½ of an Onion
  • 1 Clove of Garlic
  • 1 Medium Red Bell Pepper
  • Dry Seasonings to taste
  • 1 Small handful Parsley - optional
  • 1 tsp of Tabasco - optional
Instructions
  1. After washing, place all ingredients in high speed blender and blend until smooth. Taste and adjust ingredients until you reached your desired flavor. Eat immediately if hungry or place in the refrigerator to allow the flavor to better combine and chill.
