2 Ingredient Southwest Black Beans

This recipe is too easy not to share. There are only two ingredients: one 15 oz can of black beans and one 16 oz jar of salsa. That’s it… nothing else… OK, maybe 1/3 cup of water.

The instructions are even easier: combine all ingredients in a slow cooker until tender—about 2–3 hours depending on the temperature of your slow cooker (yes, you can make on the stove top). I prefer to buy black beans with no other added ingredients or seasonings. Hot and chunky salsa is my favorite type salsa to use. Of course, you’re welcome to use your favorite brand of salsa or homemade.

Tell me this was not super easy to make… I dare you.
