When I came across this recipe, I just could not wait to give it a try. This was touted as a ‘healthier’ version of Deviled Eggs. Instead of using mayonnaise it uses plain yogurt. Unfortunately, this recipe was doomed from the start. The first time I made this I didn’t understand the directions and added way too much paprika and chile powder. The second time I followed the directions to a “T” but it was still lacking something…mayonnaise perhaps? I attempted to fix it by adding other ingredients: pickles, garlic more mustard. Nothing help, it just seemed rather dry. I won’t say someone else wouldn’t like this recipe, it was just not for me. Recipe and step by step instructions can be found here.
