There are some mornings when I just don’t care to cook breakfast or don’t have the time to do so. This easy protein shake is one of my favorites to make. It only requires 2 ingredients; your favorite scoop of strawberry flavored protein powder and 1 cup orange juice. If you want to cut back on the amount of sugar, you can use a 1/2 cup of water and a 1/2 cup of orange juice. Blend well in your blender for 30-60 seconds. Enjoy!
