In a medium pot, warm the tomato soup over medium heat until it begins to simmer.
Add the tortellini directly to the pot. Cook according to package directions (usually 5–7 minutes), stirring occasionally.
Stir in fresh spinach during the last minute of cooking, just until wilted.
Taste and adjust with salt, pepper and other seasonings. if needed.
Serve hot.
