Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie

of Peanut Butter

Frozen Banana
1/2
cup
of Kale
or any greens you have on hand

oz
of Coconut Water
2
tbsp
of Ground Oats
or oat flour
Cinnamon to taste
Splash of pure Vanilla Extract
Honey to taste

Instructions
Grind the oats first.
Add uncooked oats to a dry blender and blend until they form a fine flour. (This works best before adding any liquid—oats tend to stick once wet.)
Add remaining ingredients.
Add peanut butter, frozen banana, kale (or other greens), coconut water, cinnamon, vanilla, and honey (if using).
Blend until smooth.
Blend until creamy and fully combined. Add a splash more coconut water if needed to reach your desired consistency.

Use organic ingredients whenever possible.
