Peanut Banana Smoothie

Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp of Peanut Butter
  • 1 Frozen Banana
  • 1/2 cup of Kale or any greens you have on hand
  • 9 oz of Coconut Water
  • 2 tbsp of Ground Oats or oat flour
  • Cinnamon to taste
  • Splash of pure Vanilla Extract
  • Honey to taste optional

Instructions
 

Grind the oats first.

  • Add uncooked oats to a dry blender and blend until they form a fine flour. (This works best before adding any liquid—oats tend to stick once wet.)

Add remaining ingredients.

  • Add peanut butter, frozen banana, kale (or other greens), coconut water, cinnamon, vanilla, and honey (if using).

Blend until smooth.

  • Blend until creamy and fully combined. Add a splash more coconut water if needed to reach your desired consistency.

Notes

Use organic ingredients whenever possible.
