Instructions
In a large pot over medium heat, combine the water, bouillon cube, and kidney beans.
After 10 minutes, add the roughly chopped stewed tomatoes, garlic, onion, salt, and cayenne pepper. Reduce the heat to low.
Ten minutes later, add the corn.
Once the chili starts to thicken, turn off the heat and let it sit for an additional 10 minutes.
