Tomorrow is the day, Week 1|Day 1! Have you started planning what you will be eating? Remember it’s only breakfast for the 1st week.

Eating breakfast out can be a bit tricky. Pancakes, biscuits & waffles can be made with buttermilk. However, if you do a quick internet search for “ Vegan Options at ____” The name of the restaurant you will be going to, you will find options. I know many will be traveling over this holiday weekend or don’t have time to prepare a breakfast in the morning. I’ve noted a few options at some of the most popular places.

One resource that may help aid you on finding vegan food at local restaurants and grocery stores is Happy Cow. You can search by location and You will be presented with options in your select city. Also, here is another video of vegan food essentials to stock your pantry with. As these weeks progress you my find many of these useful.
