4 Weeks to Vegan Challenge – Easy everyday vegan food. It’s a good chance you already have vegan items in your pantry or fridge. Cold cereal, oats, grits, fruit, veggies and bread are all great options. Be sure to check the label on packaged items to ensure they are vegan. Vegan food does not have to mean strange exotic ingredients. Stop wondering how will beets, grass and something called TVP will have the taste and texture of chicken? Start with foods you are familiar with. Then if you want to try a meat alternative or tofu you can. Be sure to checkout my Instagram stories and highlights.
